Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service Unavailability: If Siloplexus is unable to provide the agreed-upon AI custom app development, freshwork, zoho services due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Failure to Deliver Agreed Services: In the event that Siloplexus fails to deliver the agreed-upon number or quality of leads as specified in the service agreement.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, the client must adhere to the following process:

- Provide Necessary Information:Clearly explain the reasons for the refund request and provide any supporting documentation or evidence that substantiates the claim.
- Allow for Resolution:Siloplexus will review the request and work towards a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. This may include additional service provision, correction of issues, or a partial/full refund.
Refund Criteria
Refunds will be issued based on the following criteria:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. Siloplexus reserves the right to reverse the refund if any fraudulent activity or misuse of services is detected.

Siloplexus retains the right to modify these policies at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through email or by posting the updated policy on the Siloplexus website.
